Our SPA is now fully open and free to access for all guests in-house! We do take reservations, they can easily be made via our front office or SPA team. Entrance allows a maximum of 90 mins in the SPA.

Our hotel has accessible rooms with walk-in showers (Superior room category). Rooms are reachable by lift. To access private park area there are no steps. You can enter the swimming pool with the help of our trained staff.

We have a private transfer for our guests. As we are very closer to Como centre, otherwise we can suggest to take the ferry (3 minutes by foot from our hotel) reaching the centre in 10 minutes.

We can arrange a private car from the Hotel to Milan and back! If not, you can easily take a train from Como San Giovanni station.

Indeed the pool is always subject to weather conditions, but in late September it is regularly open and at guests' full disposal!
Dear guest, our hotel is pet-friendly and dogs are allowed in our restaurants outdoor, in the park as well as in the breakfast room indoor. They have to be kept on a leash.
For dogs >18 kilos a supplement of EUR 30 per day is requested. Best regards

To maintain our standard of hygiene and cleanliness for our guests, please note that for dogs >18 kilos, a supplement of EUR 30 per day is required.
The best way to reach Como San Giovanni station from our hotel is to take a taxi, which costs around 15-20 EUR.
Alternatively, you can take the bus line #11. Bus stop is 1-minutes walking distance from the hotel.
